- 300g ulubionego makaronu,
- 500ml passaty pomidorowej,
- 1 cebula,
- 2 ząbki czosnku

- pieprz,
- bazylia,
- 1/2 brokuła,
- pomidorki koktajlowe,
- 1/2 czerwonej papryki,
- mozzarella,
- 300g mięsa mielonego wieprzowego,
- olej do smażenia,
- 2 łyżki sosu sojowego,
- 1 małe jajko.
Makaron przygotuj zgadnie z instrukcją na opakowaniu.
Do miski przełóż mięso. Dodaj sól, pieprz i sos sojowy. Wbij jajko. Dokładnie połącz składniki. W dłoniach uformuj niewielkie pulpeciki. Na patelni rozgrzej olej. Smaż mięso z każdej strony. Ciągnij z patelni i na tym samym tłuszczu podsmaż posiekaną cebulę i czosnek. Dodaj pokrojoną paprykę. Całość wymieszaj. Wlej passatę pomidorową i duś na wolnym ogniu 10 minut. Dopraw dolą i pieprzem. Wsyp bazylię. Do pomidorowego sosu wsyp makaron i wymieszaj. Całość przełóż do naczynia żaroodpornego. Na górze ułóż pulpeciki, pomidorki oraz ser mozzarella.
Makaron włóż do nagrzanego piekarnika do temperatury 180 stopni i piecz przez 15-20 minut.
